OSCAP Membership/Loyalty Cards
The OSCAP card contains 2 bar codes and 1 or 2 OSCAP magnetic strips readable at the retail outlets. The face of the card can attach more barcodes, magnetic strips and IC units. The stationary barcodes and the top magnetic strip contain the OSCAP account number. When a retailer issues a card, he uses the OSCAP account and submits to MoneyPins-OSCAP the application data and the retail account used. When a retailer scans the OSCAP card, they can either use the OSCAP account directly or their internal account number with a combination of a conversion table. If a retailer does not participate in the OSCAP program, attachable bar-codes with the retailer’s account data could be affixed onto the card and scanned instead.
The consumers can add multiple retailers’ accounts to their card using MoenyPinc.com and OSCAP system will transfer the membership data to the retailers system. Any consumer’s update of membership data will be transferred to the retailers in the OSCAP framework encrypted XML/DIFF/Delimited file and optionally using PKCS#7.
OSCAP Credit/Debit Cards
Two attachable magnetic strips in the front of the card can be used for additional two conventional debit/credit accounts. Banking EMV chip can also be attached to the card. Credit Card or Bank Checks Transactions using Mirrored Conventional Accounts. An account holder provides a merchant or a financial organization with an OSCAP account number, the amount to authorize and a OSCAP framework LTCK (limited time PIN). The OSCAP account number has its mirrored real account number stored at the card processing service and real account information is not revealed to the public.
